President Pearce added a Judiciary Committee referral to SENATE                
BILL NO. 95 "An Act requiring offers of automobile liability                   
insurance to include coverage for uninsured or underinsured motor              
vehicles with policy limits for that coverage equal to coverage                
voluntarily purchased for bodily injury or death; and providing for            
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
The bill was referred to the Labor and Commerce Committee then                 
the Judiciary Committee then the Finance Committee.
